keep taskbar on top isn't working!

Hi

Just wondered if anyone else has had this crop up...

Even though I have "keep the taskbar on top" option selected, I frequently
find windows covering it.

In case you were wondering Auto hide is off.

Does anyone know of fixes, tweaks or reg edits which might cure it?

I think anyone who has tested for the problem has found it, some multiple IE windows will cover it.
There is no fix that I know of.
