There are sites where you can keep people from right clicking. How do they
do that and can I do that in FP 2003?

Visit those sites with no right click and click View | Source in the browser Menu bar.

There is no good or professional reason to do this. It cannot prevent people
from seeing your source code, and irritates people, as it breaks part of the
functionality of your browser (not just right-clicking, but the entire
context menu). If you don't believe me, give me any URL, and I'll post the
source code.
