Keep getting Automatic Update Q329834

Last week, I got and installed Automatic Update Q329834.
Since then, daily, I continue to get the Automatic Update
for Q329834. I have checked Control Panel- Add/Remove
and Q329834 is installed on my computer (Windows XP
Pro). I've reinstalled Q329834 a couple times, but the
same Automatic Update keeps coming back. How do I get
this Automatic Update for Q329834 to stop? TIA.

It's happening to me and to others posting in this group and other
groups. The "fix" came out a year ago and was 'successfully" installed
on my computer then. Not only is it repeatedly being sent to me, the
downloads are incredibly slow.

Hey, Micorosoft, give us the courtesy of a response.
