keep folder view

Hi

Set the view you want, then go to Tools>Folder Options>View and click 'Apply
to All Folders'. Restart Windows Explorer.

thanks but it does not help

right pane as I want BUT left is that useless blue task bar not want I
want to see

I want drives and folders which I must get by pushing folders button
