I've seen the messagaes about KB925902 causing problems with programs
starting but how do i report about a program they haven't listed. Activesync
stopped working for me.

Call PSS.
Activesync stopped working for me.

With an error in system32.dll? You're running Windows XP SP2?
If true and you have installed one of those design changing "Transition
Packs" (i.e. "BricoPacks") or themes from third party vendors, please
uninstall those and leave KB925902 installed. Windows XP will look like
Windows XP afterwards but you're having a much more secure and stable
system than before.
