Today I have seen KB925902 on 3 different machines because 25 network
based services to stop. Once I uninstalled KB925902 the services would
start fine. Has anyone else seen this problem?

when i installed this update on my notebook, i am now getting an error
message the minute i start it up it is coming up with RTHDCPL.EXE - illegal
system DLL relocation

the error message goes on to say that the system DLL users 32.dll was
relocated in memory. the application will not run properly because the DLL
C:/windows/system32/HHCTRL.OCX occupied an address range reserved for windows
system DLLS. The vendor supplying the DLL should be contacted for a new DLL

do you know who i can fix this?

Certain third-party applications may not start, and you receive an error
message when you start the computer: "Illegal System DLL Relocation"
