KB917607 - wusa.exe fails with error 2147500037

Hi,

I'm trying to install KB917607 update for Winhlp32.exe on Slovak version of
Vista. wusa.exe fails with error 2147500037 "Unknown error".

Here is event log:

Have you downloaded the update which corresponds with your language version
of Windows Vista?

In fact, there is no Slovak version of the download page for Winhlp32.exe
update.

I extracted the package to examine it and it doesn't contains sk-SK
localization.

I'm very curious how to use this update when it is not available for every
language version of Vista.

From the problem description, my understanding is: When installing Windows
update KB917607 for Winhlp32.exe on Slovak version of Windows Vista,
wusa.exe fails with error 2147500037 "Unknown error". If I have
misunderstood your concern, please let me know.
