KB905474 Genuine Advantage Notification

Tonight when I went to the Critical Update page, there was one Critical
Update download. It was KB 905474 Genuine Advantage Notification. If I am not
mistaken, i downloaded KB 905474 back in the beginning of May and also back
during the end of April.
#1- My question is why are we downloading thsi KB 905474 so often?
#2- Are we going to have to continue to download KB 905474 every month?

A few days ago we had to download KB 892130, which also had something to do
with Genuine Advantage Notification.

Please explain and thank you for your time.

(I am always told I have to restart my computer and then sign on again.)

It could well be an update, since its been causing a number of users, who appear to have legitimately licensed systems, problems. Its unusual for them not to change the hotfix number, but not unheard of.
