i can't seem to get this update to install. it comes to
the same error of "cannot copy hscupd.exe to destination
directory" any suggestions? thanks.

Check to ensure that Help and Support is enabled :
Click Start, and then click Run.
In the Open box, type services.msc /s, and then click OK.
Double-click Help and Support.
For Startup type, click Automatic, and then click OK.

If it already is, open the KB840374.log found in the Windows
directory and post back with the error code
