KB824146 MS03-039 severe problems

I put the new patch on several servers and on a few 2000
servers it has severely affected them. I can't even go
to add/remove software to uninstall it. Anyone know
another way to uninstall this patch?

Hallo Phil,

I also have severe problems after installing the new update 824146. I
cannot reboot my system now. It says "NTFS.sys could not be
found/missing/detected".
Have you any idea? I don't have a solution for your problem though.

Hi Everyone,

For me, Diskeeper is no more working. I have been able to
uninstall thanks to the Control Panel~Add/Remove Programs,
by removing the KB824146.
After uninstallation, DK is running back.
