KB243514 resolutions [Recycle Bin, folders and junctions]

I understand that KB243514 offers a couple of solutions for the
"feature" whereby you can't delete a folder from within a junction,
but neither are particularly user-friendly. So, given that it's pretty
unlikely that Microsoft will ever resolve this issue (it goes as far
back as 2002), is there a viable alternative?

What is not user-friendly ? Shift-Delete ?

Make a folder that you want to use as recycle bin for those files then add a option
in send-to menu that moves the selected file to that folder.
