KB fixes needed - not available on download center

Welcome All!

I am current active Technet and MSDN Subscriber and I would like to obtain:
1) Windows2000 USB2.0 Roll Up Module KB 820759
for POLISH (PLK) and English (ENU) Servers 2000 and 2003 - there are
different update file versions

2)"Hotfix for ""HAL module"" for Windows2000 KB 822624
for POLISH (PLK) and English (ENU) Servers 2000 and 2003 - there are
different update file versions

These files are not available by Download Center. How can I obtain these
files?

In both cases contact Microsoft Product Support Services to obtain the free
hotfix.
