kb 884038 hotfix

After I install the latest UPS worldship software I receive the error
Ini File (or Registry) FilePath\schema.ini is corrupt. This is on a xp pro
box with sp2. This error is referenced in kb 884038 and UPS has confirmed
this is a problem. Can someone please send me the hotfix for this.

I'm having the same problem. UPS says it's microsoft's problem, you call
microsoft, they say "It's pre-installed software, call Dell" Dell says
"there's a hotfix on the MS website, go to this URL" That URL says contact MS
Support to obtain the hotfix, who in turn says "it's pre-installed software,
call Dell"
