KB-838358 problem

Every day I run automatic Windows Update, and every day I
get an error message "Updates were unable to be
successfully installed - Critical Update for Windows XP
Media Center Edition 2004 (KB838358)"

How can I overcome this error?

Go to your control panel. Select add and remove programs.
Look for install that has windows hotfix kb838358 in it
and uninstall it.

It's not listed in the add/remove programs ... anything
else you can suggest? Still hopeful to solve this one...
