KB 836040 - Dialup Connections are not disconnected

Hi,

someone knows, how to obtain the hotfix mentioned in the KB article without
paying for a hotline call or wait for 2000 SP5?

We are managing about 100 servers via ISDN routers and they keep randomly
the ISDN connection because the socket to port 445 is not disconnected after
"net use /D" from the the client due to the keepalive after 120 secs?

Any hints?
