K8V WinXP64 3Com Gigabit LOM Driver?

Hello,
Has anyone found a driver for the 3Com Gigabit LOM on this mb (K8V Delux). I
have seached high and low with no luck. The 3Com site says Win-64 XP
compatible driver exists (but you have to get it from the motherboard
vendor), where is it? Will Asus be releasing it? I get an error code 28 in
control panel which states that it is the incorrect platform for the driver
(Asus's Current 3Com Gigabit LOM Driver set ver.1.00.00.0044).
