3com Gigabit LOM (3C940) Driver - Says it supports but not listed?

Im looking for the 3com Gigabit LOM (3C940) Driver... IIRC it was listed on
the Beta 1 driver listing as being supported but when I installed its not
there? Any suggestions?

I want 3c940 drivers for windows vista 64.

I've tried to find the drivers myself, and had no luck.

bij www.marvell.com moet je zoeken naar het bestand : yk60x64_v9.16.2.3.zip
als je aan deze informatie niet genoeg hebt moet je naar het forum van
www.asus.com gaan vervolgens naar het onderdeel moederbord en dan moet je het
keyword 3C940 invoeren; bij een enkel bericht staat precies beschreven wat je
meot doen
 
Any chance someone can e-mail me the driver? The most updated one. I am trying to install Vista Ultimate and set-up is telling me I need to update the driver. I can't find it anywhere.
