I've been looking for a way to suggest something to microsoft, that I think
would improve windows a bit. This is the only plaec I cant find to even try
to do that.
I don't know if anyone else has suggested this before.
I like the 'most often used programs' list in the start menu.
However, I also have the 'quick launch' bar active.
I also unpin application links from the start menu.
Once I unpin applications from the start menu, they will start going into my
'most used programs' list if I use them. The thing is, it does that even if I
have access to them through the 'quick launch' bar.
So here is my suggestion:
If the 'quick launch' bar is active and an application can be accessed
through it, then it doesn't need to be added to the 'most often used
programs' list.
If a program can be accessed through 'quick launch' and 'most often used'
then it is a waste of space on the list.
