just want to make an iso...

Hi,


What is the best way to make an iso ? except of mkisofs, which
i could use btw, and nero. Magic iso, isn't freeware.

CDBurner XP Pro http://www.cdburnerxp.se/ is great for all types of
burning. Very easy to use but it may be too much if all you want to do
is burn iso's. I've used it for a couple of years now. For iso's, file
backups and mp3. No complaints.

Thanks to all for helpful replies. The goal for me was only to make
an iso - without burning it - to mount it, with daemontools. Someone
gave me the hint Folder2iso, and it works very well, better than
Deepburner, because it allow longer labelling. If an apps wants a disk
with a certain name, one must be able to edit the label accordingly
