Editing bin/iso files

Howdy: I need to take a file out of an iso/bin, modify/correct it and
then put it back into the iso/bin file. I have been playing around
with ISObuster, but it doesn't seem to let me put the modified file
back into the iso/bin. Is there any freeware out there that will do
this simple task? Thanks.

You can't really "edit" iso files. The best you can do is extract it, modify
the files you need, and create a new iso.
