just installed outlook 2007, won't send/receive

Just installed, won't send/receive, i've checked everything ie. firewall,
passwords etc. when I click on outlook express it works fine. I've sent test
messages to 2007 and it just sits there, then I click on express and test
message is there. New Sony VAIO, XP, Norton.
 
Try creating a new mail profile via Control Panel | Mail | Show Profiles, and
see if that makes a difference. Don't delete the old profile until you know
for sure if the new one works properly.

If you reused a profile from an earlier version of Outlook, that is probably
what caused the issue.
