Just installed new fans, won't go past Bios

I just installed new fans and chipset cooler.
For some reason the computer won't go past the BIOS, or where it says "Press
Delete to Enter Setup" same screen where it tells what bios and boot order
there is.
I tried to tap F8, Delete, Esc, at different times but all I end up with is
a small underscore in the upper left hand corner.

Can anyone help me?
Please tell me in simple terms. I don't know much about computers.

Well it could be anything, but It sounds like you failed
to provide power to the hard drive, ot knocked it loose.
Go back into the case and check all the connections. If
that does not work EMail me back and I can reccomend some
other stuff...

Sean, thank you for your advice. I actually found out what the problem was.
I had not put the "cement" thing that's supposed to be between the processor
and the heat sink. After applying it everything is fine.
I'm actually replying to your post from the machine now.
