Just changed to XP and Access2003 - now cant find dll

I just had a new PC - running Win XP and Access2003, where the old was Win
2000 and Access 2000.
Now my application fails when trying to use a function in a dll.

Originally I had trouble getting the dll to work in A2K - but the solution
was to have the dll in the directory referenced as the "dafault database
directory" - and set this patch when the application opens.

But apparently this does not work any more on XP and A2003. Any suggestions?

What function in what DLL and what patch? Possibly a DLL registration issue
or missing reference to said DLL?
