Just a small bar but no full page

Just recently when I click on links from Google search all I get is a small
bar that I can minimize, maximize or close but not a full page of the site.
Please help.

Hi,
Stretch one of those tiny windows out to fill the screen- don't use
maximize. Close the other IE window. Close that resized window last.
