Junk Senders

where does ol2003 keep its junk mail settings file?

I want to edit it programtically..
So I can add new senders etc.

Editing the file does nothing for removing junk - it is a read only file and
just stores the addresses you add via the "add to junk senders" option in
Outlook 2003.

account will be deleted without reading.
