Junk senders -- how to UNDO?

I added an address to my junk senders list. Now I discover that
occasionally that sender sends out a very important email. The sender
is a university administrator -- most of the messages are about
upcoming events, lights on in the parking lot, etc.

Just today, I discovered that one message was sent about the
instructions for final exams. Egads!

I need to UNDO that entry to the junk senders list. I'm using Outlook
2000 on XP Home. How do I do that?

Not sure with 2000, but if you go to Tools->Options, is there a Junk E-mail
button that brings up the Junk E-mail Options with the different lists?
