Junk Mail

All my mail goes straight to Junk, I have AVG and I stopped the e-mail
checker with no luck. Junk e-mail filtering off, I have red circle with line
through over junk mail.Any help??? Please

If you used the standard install for AVG, it often helps to uninstall it
and then do a custom install where you tell it to leave out the part
that scans email.
