Junk mail problem

Miha

Hello

Last few days we're getting a lot of regular e-mails moved to Junk-mail
folder in Outlook 2003. Can't find any way why this is so, because these are
just ordinary mail, without any garbage or other stuff.
Junk mail settings are set to low-security, also all Outlook spam updates
are installed. Any ideas what could cause this?
We're using linux mail server, not MS Exchange. It's strange because after a
week or two everything was working fine and there were no changes made to
computers, besides critical updates.
Are there any problems in general with junk mail filter in Outlook 2003?
Regards,
Miha

You missed listing the obvious group in your cross posting:
microsoft.public.outlook. Posting to the newsgroups with country code za
(South Africa) in them is a waste of time as they have little, if any,
posting traffic.

Hi Miha,

Have not heard any problems so far , however the junk mail filters are
frequently updated via Windows Update and Microsoft Update.

If it was happening on one machine ,the filter could have been damaged ,
however if it was on multiple PC's it may have been a misconfiguration ,
however that doesn't normally fix itself.

My guess would be the Junkmail filter updates anyway...

Kind Regards

Good afternoon Miha,

Would you please check your block senders list in Microsoft Office Outlook
2003. Microsoft Office Outlook 2003 refers to this list for additional
"blocked addresses."

Best regards,
Carl Grundling
