Junk mail from my e-mail to my e-mail

Is it safe to block this kind of junk - it appears as from "my e-mail' to "my
e-mail"??
Thanks for any advice
 
I usually set a rule to shunt such to another folder and then I can examine
to see. Usually lately they are junk.

I have a rule that sends messages apparently coming from myself to
the Junk E-Mail folder. About 98% of those are spam.
