The email messages in my Junk Mail Folder cannot be seen or displayed or
accessed. And, I cannot move my regular mail into my Junk Mail Folder.
Any suggestions in making my Junk Mail Folder functional again?

The lack of detail in your post prevents us from giving us a more direct or
precise answer.

Include at least;
-your version of Outlook (Help-> About)
-type of mail account (POP3, IMAP, Exchange, HTTP, Outlook Connector,
Exchange, other...?)
-any errors in their exact wording as they are presented to you.

Sorry about not providing all of the info.
I have Outlook 2007 and my mail account is POP3 (dsl with At&t).
One of the problems exists when I try dragging mail into the junk mail
folder and it responds with the following message "cannot move this item -
the file c:|.pst is in use and cannot be accessed.
And existing 30 messages in my Junk Mail folder can no longer be displayed.
It states "there is either a problem connecting to server, or error occured"
and at times it states "the messaging interface has returned an unknown
error."
Thanks much for your assistance.

Thanks so much. However, do you know the exact file (address) to scan.
I am a novice, therefore, I apologize for coming across real dumb.

Please disregard my priro message. I was able to find the right file and
your suggestion worked. The Junk Mail folder is now working correctly.
