My XP Pro is new and I've also loaded Office 2007 in the past 2 weeks. The
program likes to grab mail and place it in the junk folder. Untill I 've had
this new Outlook for a while I assume this will keep happening. As of
yesterday I am unable to open the 'junk mail' folder. The message I get says
to close and re-open Outlook and if that doesn't work, the product may be
damaged. Is there a way around this without re-loading Outlook?

What have you tried so far? Detect and Repair? scanpst.exe? New Mail
Profile?
