Junk mail error message

Good morning Gents,
I am having difficulty with some of my emails going directly into junk mail.
However, the real problem is when I go into junk mail to retrieve these
messages an error message pops up but not long enough for me to read it. Is
there something I can do to keep it on the screen? I also cannot move these
messages into my inbox. I am assuming the error message is trying to help me.

Try compacting and repairing the database using my Windows Mail utility
(www.oehelp.com/WMUtil/) and see if that gets rid of the error message.
