I installed outlook 200es, in7 on my computer last week. I use VISTA and
previously had Outlook 2003 installed. All of my messages including messages
from the safe sender list, are going to the junk mail folder. Also, I am
getting multiple messages fron the same senders.
 
Uninstall any intergrated AV app, reboot, reinstall AV without the Outlook
intergration
Check your rules
 
I do not know what ntergrated AV app are. Please Explain. Senders on the safe
sender list are going to junk mail. Whar other ruel should I check

Got an anti virus application?

If so, is it checking your email?

Disable it which may involve uninstalling your anti virus application
and reinstalling it and NOT enabling it to check email. It's redundant
and can cause problems with Outlook.
