I Have Outlook 2003 running on XP Pro and yesterday all incoming mail
started going to the inbox instead of the junk being filtered. I have my
Junk E-mail Options set to High and had no problem until yesterday. I
haven't made any system changes or installed any new software or drivers.
This one has me stumped, hope you can help.
TIA, Gregg

Try This:

#1 Export the contacts to a .csv file
--------------------------------------------
1. Locate Contacts folder in Outlook.
2. Click File->Import and Export.
3. Click "Export to a file" and click Next.
4. Select "Comma Separated Values (Windows)" and click Next.
5. Make sure the Contacts folder is selected to be exported and click Next.
6. Browse to create a .csv file to hold the contacts and click Next.
7. Complete the whole wizard.

#2 Delete all the contacts in Outlook
--------------------------------------------
Delete all the contacts in the Contacts folder.

#3 Import the .csv file
------------------------------
1. Click File->Import and Export.
2. Click "Import from another program or file" and click Next.
3. Select "Comma Separated Values (Windows)" and click Next.
4. Locate the .csv file we created in #1 and select "Replace duplicates
with items imported". Click Next.
5. Select Contacts folder as the destination folder and click Next.
6. Complete the whole wizard.

If issue persists,we directly edit the .csv file in Excel to remove the
duplicate contacts. Please refer to the following steps to do so:

Step 1: Edit the .csv file in Excel.
============================
Please double click the .csv file to open it in Excel. Remove the duplicate
contacts manually.

Step 2: Import the .csv file in Outlook.
==================================
1. Click File->Import and Export.
2. Click "Import from another program or file" and click Next.
3. Select "Comma Separated Values (Windows)" and click Next.
4. Locate the .csv file we modified and select "Replace duplicates with
items imported". Click Next.
5. Select Contacts folder as the destination folder and click Next.
6. Complete the whole wizard.

Oops, wrong fix. Please disregard that last post (I don't know how to Edit
it) this should work:
Start Outlook and select Connect.
#

On the Tools menu, click E-mail Accounts.
#

Click View or change existing e-mail accounts, and then click Next.
#

Click the Microsoft Exchange Server account, and then click Change.
#

Click More Settings, and then click Advanced.
#

Clear the Use Cached Exchange Mode check box, and then click Apply.
Important:
You must click Apply in order to complete the next step. After you click
Apply, this message appears: "You must restart Outlook for these changes
to take effect." Do not exit Outlook at this point.
#

Click Offline Folder File Settings, and then click Disable Offline Use.
A prompt appears: "Exchange is currently in recovery mode. If you make
changes to your Offline Folder Files settings, your existing .ost file
will be removed from your profile and you will not be able to use the
file. Do you want to continue?" Click Yes. Click OK, Next, and Finish
until you have exited the E-mail Accounts wizard.
#

Close Outlook.
Important:
You must exit and restart Outlook before continuing with the next step.
#

Start Outlook again.
#

On the Tools menu, click E-mail Accounts.
#

Click View or change existing e-mail accounts, and then click Next.
#

Click the Microsoft Exchange Server account, and then click Change.
#

Click More Settings, and then click Advanced.
#

Select the Use Cached Exchange Mode check box.
#

Exit, and then restart Outlook.

Jody,

Thanks for the reply but I don't have an Exchange Server account. I
currently have 7 POP accounts that I receive mail on and the problem isn't
unique to any particular account. The problem seem to be in the junk filter
system because it isn't identifying any mail as junk.

Thanks, Gregg
