Junk Filter BROKE

I have my junk email filter on to allow only approved senders. It was
working and now, all of the sudden, it isn't working and ALL junk mail is
coming into my in-box. Help

I am having the same problem. I have rebooted and re-installed the last Outlook update, verified the email filter in "options" and still all the messages show up in my in-box.

I did however discover from another suggestion on the community website to
deselect in the Actions menu/Junk Email/ Junk Email Options/Safe Senders tab
the "Also trust...." and the "Automatically add..." selections. Once I did
that the junk email filter worked. I think it was the "Also trust..."
selection that caused the problem.
