Junk Email

All my incoming emails are going straight to my Junk Email box and not my
Inbox for no apparent reason. i've checked my Junk Email settings and they
seem fine.
Can anyone tell me why all "secured senders" emails are going straight into
my Junk Email box please?

Usually caused by an add-in. Start Outlook once in safe mode (hold Ctrl while
you start it) and see if the problem occurs then.
 
Thanks for this, but it still hasnt worked. Email from my boyfriend went
straight to my Junk Email box?

any other ideas please?

Is his address in your Blocked Senders list perchance? What version of
Outlook?
 
No - safe senders list - so are all the rest of emails, as soon as i log into
Outlook express 2007 you can see in the bottom right hand corner it says
"transferring message"

No such thing. Either you are using Outlook Express, in which case this is
the wrong newsgroup, or you are using Outlook 2007.
Do Help-About in your email client and tell us which you are using.
