Junk Email

Recently, several of my regular email sources have been diverted to junk
mail. When I discovered them, I used the organize function, created a rule
for each of them, and expected the rule to apply.
I have since discovered that only some of rules to redirect to my inbox are
showing up in my rules. Consequently, I am still having approved emails go to
junk mail.
Does anyone know why this is occuring and how to correct? I have repeated
the process but some are still being diverted to junk mail.

Did you right click on the item as it sits in the junk folder, select the
Junk Mail option from the context menu and then select Mark as not junk?
That works for me.
