Outlook 2002 doesn't have a Junk Email filter and therefore doesn't require
such a folder. You are free to create one of course, but don't expect it to
automagically start filtering your mail ;-)

Roady, I have created one. If I get a junk email and select the options and
show it as junk and select the junk email folder as the destination folder
will Outlook 2002 send it to the junk email folder and all subsequent emails
form the same email address etc.?

Thanks

There's nothing magic about the folder in OL 2002. You can create whatever
rules you want and have them move incoming messages to whatever folder you
want. Any message matching the rules' criteria will be handled identically.

Many people using Outlook 2002 find using the SpamBayes add-in
(http://spambayes.sourceforge.net/) to be a big help in controlling junk.
SpamPal (http://www.spampal.org/) is a good tool as well.
