Junk E-mail Reporting Tool and Outlook 2007

I've been using the Microsoft Junk E-mail Reporting Tool from
http://www.microsoft.com/downloads/details.aspx?FamilyID=53541292-ce94-4c5b-9127-b7d56f11b619
for a while now. I was using it under outlook 2003, then upgraded to 2007.

Since upgrading to outlook 2007, The messages end up sitting in my outbox
for a long time. If I exit outlook and restart it, three of the messages
will be sent from the outbox. If I repeat the process lots of times, then
all of the messages will get sent from my outbox.

It looks like the messages are being sent with some sort of low priority
mode, which is fine, but I'd like it if they'd get pushed to my exchange
server, and let the exchange server deliver them as low priority instead of
my local machine taking forever to send them out.

Has anyone else run across this issue?

I have this issue too, but I'm not using exchange. I'm using Outlook 2007
with a pop3 mail server hosted by my ISP.

My junk mail messages get stuck in outbox too. If I go into my outbox and
double click each message, and then hit send on it again, it'll go out within
a few minutes. I also have luck with restarting outlook although my method
works better IMO.

Either way this kinda stinks! Is there a solution to this?

Oe of the other things I should mention. I'm connecting to my exchange
server using https instead of using TCP/IP.

I've got a machine in the office that's connected locally to the exchange
server and I have set it up to connect to the exchange server via TCP/IP and
it's spam reporting took sends the mail properly.
