Junk E-Mail not downloading from Virgin Media

Hello,

Since I moved to Windows Mail (Version 6.0.6000.16386) from Outlook Express
my Junk email isn't downloading from my Virgin.net account, in the webmail
client there is a spam folder which used to download into my Spam folder in
Outlook Express, but now they do not.

Any help is really appreciated!

POP accounts normally only download what is in the Inbox of webmail.
There may be a setting in your webmail that allows the spam folder
to be downloaded also, but there is no setting in Windows Mail (or OE)
that affects that capability.
On the other hand, if you had an IMAP account before, that explains
why multiple folder contents were downloaded.
