Junk e-mail no longer work

I'm Using office 2003 and was in love with it till 2 day ago when my wife
clicked on something and all the junk email is going to my inbox and almose
nothing to the junk e-mail folder. I tryied all I can think of to re activate
the junk setting with no luck so far. I even uninstalled outlook and
reinstalled it but when I check mail only 2 or 3 junk mail gi tio teh junk
mail folder and like over 100 in my inbox.
Please help me

I don't get it I don't think that I directed my quistion to someone I posted
it don't know what to do next than

he knows what you are asking. He's telling you to go to tools, options and
click junk email button. Is it set on high, low or disabled? Also - what did
you do to reactivate it? We can only guess that it didn't include looking in
the junk mail settings.

I ckecked the settings and it is set for high.
I even tryied to set it to safe list only and I only have 7 people on my
safe list and still all the junk mail comes in.
I had a subfolder where a receive mail from a printers group and that was
working fine and now all that mail go to my junk mail now.
Can I reset things back to default and start all over.
Please Help

Diane thank for the info it looked so good and was so sure that it was the
answer.
But when I went true the steps at some point it ask to delete the junk email
rule, But is it not there I send them a email and hope that together we will
solve this problem.
Also I notes that when I check my mail before if it is a email with graphic
or picture they will not open until I right click and select download picture
but bow all my email will just open the pictures .

Here I am again
Is there someone that can tell me how to redo the junk mail setting in
outlook 2003.
Diane took me so close to get to the junk mail rules deleted using
outlook-spy but the junk-mail option was not there. I there uninstalled
office complete but after reinstalling it all was there again. I keep reading
thru Discussions in Outlook General Questions online
I’m there daily reading all that is coming in en all the arcade news.

I have just encountered a similar circumstance. Until Yesterday my Junk
Email was wonderful. All of a sudden last night Junk Email is showing in my
inbox. I went to Actions-->Junk Email-->Junk Email Options, and low and
behold the radio button options for choosing "...the level of junk email
protection you want" are ALL greyed out as if Junk Email has been disabled.
I performed the steps using Outlook Spy and it has not changed the condition.
Let me know of any other options you come across!
