Hello.
I have this problem: "Junk e-mail folder" moved under "Sent Folder"; it
works fine but I'd like to move it again under correct position (under user
mailbox root). If I launch outlook.exe with /resetfolders parameter it
doesn't work because the Junk e-mail folder still exist and I don't have
permissions to delete and re-create it.
Do you know how to solve this issue ?

Thanks a lot.

Bye, Luca

Have you tried moving it back to its original location? You mention deleting
but not moving so I figured I'd check.

Hi Vince,
yes, I tried. I get the same permission error.

I am having the same problem (only worse). Somehow junk mail folder
is moved under Notes (which now when you perform a Find, it doesn't
seem to include this area in its search). When you try to move it
back to its proper locaiton I receve this error: Can't move the
items. Special folders, including the Inbox, Contacts, Calendar,
Notes, Tasks, and Journal folders cannot be moved. I'm trying to move
Junk Mail from out of notes, but it will not let me. Any advise would
be greatly appreciated.

We figured it out, move it in Outlook Web Access!

I found the answer to relocating any "Special Folders" within an MS Exchange
Configuration is to use the MFCMAPI utility provided at the link below:

http://support.microsoft.com/kb/291794/

I copied and deleted the file using this utility without a problem.

This may be a stupid question but have you tried simply Dragging n Dropping
it back to the Mailbox folder?
