I am using Outlook 2003 and had junk e-mail filters working well for a year
or more. I updated with Service pack 2 and new junk e-mail filters and all
filtering stopped even though everything appears to still be set up
correctly. Every email junk and all goes to the inbox. Any ideas or
direction would be greatly appreciated

I had the very same thing happen. You can see my post under "Outlook 2003
junk e-mail filter stopped working" which I posted on October 2nd. I got one
response only and it did not address the problem. I did not apply the update
to a second computer and the junk e-mail filter continues to work properly on
that computer.

There's another post titled "Most recent Outlook 2003 Junk Mail Filter is
horrible" which seems to confirm the same problem. I've spent lots of time
searching on the Internet but can't seem to find an answer to our problem.
Our posts continue to be ignored.

I had a gentelman at Micro Center tell me that I could go into control panel,
add/remove programs and uninstall the Outlook update and email filter update.
I did that and filters started working again imediately.

Thanks, JoeIV. That worked for me as well. Of course it still does not
address the fact that the e-mail junk filter update was the problem.
Gathering from other posts, we were not alone. I'm still astounded that
there's been no Knowledge Base article on this subject.

Thanks again.
