Junk E-Mail Filter Not Working Properly

My filter is ignoring safe senders and domains and my contacts and moving
almost all incoming e-mail to the junk folder. This seems to be a known
problem; I've seen a write-up about installing Outlook Spy, deleting the
filter, and letting it automatically re-create. I had the same problem with
an earlier computer, and that solution worked. But it's not working with this
one. Outlook Spy can't even find a junk mail rule on my system, though my
filtering is set to high and obviously something is sending my mail to the
junk folder.

Other fixes?

It is not a great idea to keep the Junk EMail Filtering as High as some of
the regular emails might also be caught.

You can try lowering it to Low or "Safe Senders" option. A new profile is
not a bad idea either.
