I reformated my computer because it had lots of problems that I couldn't get fixed but now my windows are jumping if I move them with the mouse or scrol anyone know how to fix it?

try going to the windows update site and check to see if there are any driver updates available..
You can also go into 'device manager, and try to update your driver from there.

okay, do this.
go to start>control panel>mouse
click on each tab and check the settings. See if anything there looks like it might be causing the erratic behavior. Then, on the last tab, 'hardware', click on the troubleshooting icon. I went through some of it, the usb option, but I don't know what kind of mouse you have. You may need to uninstall, then reinstall your mouse.
I check the MS KB for articles, but only came up with results for laptop computers.

Hi,
You say you have the latest drivers, but it sounds like Video to me. Do
you have integrated video, or a video card? I would double check drivers for
your Video (My Computer Properties; Hardware tab; Device Mgr; Display
adaptors, update driver). Or go to the site of the Mfgr if it's a card. Did
you install your MB drivers?
Hope this helps in some way; Willie
