B Bruce Hagen Feb 20, 2008 #2 If both computers are using the same e-mail address, on both machines: Tools | Accounts | Mail | Properties | Advanced - Check: Leave a copy of messages on the server. On one machine only, check to Delete messages after X days to assure the server does not get clogged up.

D Dave Feb 20, 2008 #3 Configure Windows Mail (or other email program) on both computers to leave the messages on the server after downloading them. Tools - Accounts - youraccount - Properties - Advanced [x] Leave a copy of messages on server [x] Remove from server after [xx] days Do this for all accounts on both computers, although you only need to set one computer to remove after [xx] days.
