JScript runtime error 800a0046

When browsing a web page, I try clicking on a link for
more info on the same page I get the following message:

undefined
Microsoft JScript runtime error '800a0046'
Permission denied
/CC/include/Footer.asp, line 27

If anyone could help me with this problem, I would
appreciate it.
