I am running Vista Home Premium.

Downloaded the Microsoft Installer CleanUp Utility- (msicuu2.exe) but it will not execute. I get following msg.:

C:\ ……\IXP000\StartMsi.vbs

Line : 17

Char 1

Error Permission Denied

Code : 800A0046

Source: Microsoft VBScript runtime error
