Open Internet Explorer and click The "tools" heading. From
the drop down menu click on "internet options". This
should open a new box under a tab entitled "general".The
second section under the general tab will be
entitled "Temporary Internet Files". Click on "delete
files" and this should clear up your problem. Make sure to
periodically delete your temp files to avoid the problem
in the future.
