JPG files automatically print instead of opening

when the user double clicks a jpg to open it, the file automatically prints
the file.

I go under file types and find out that the only operation for jpgs are to
print it.
It lost all the other operations. I went ahead and added the open and
printto operations. I set open as default, and it works as usual.

Is there a way to fix this having to add the Open/printto operations?
